Your wedding day is one of the most important and emotional days of your life — I capture the quiet moments that often go unseen — the soft laughter, the trembling hands, the warmth of a look that says everything. Each image is a whisper of the day you’ll never forget, preserved with care and heart.
When you make a booking, we'll discuss the details like the date, payment options, and other important information. To confirm your reservation, you'll need to fill out the wedding agreement If we’ve agreed to set up a payment plan, a 10% deposit invoice will be generated and emailed to you & monthly invoices will also be generated automatically on a date that works for you until the total amount is settled. Your booking is NOT confirmed until the 10% deposit has been paid or the full balance. You can fill out the agreement here
Once the agreement has been submitted, a copy of this with your name, address, email, the wedding date, the total price, preferred payment date (if a payment plan has been setup) and your payment method will be automatically generated and a PDF will be emailed to you within minutes. I prefer not to rely on AI batch imaging software to expedite the editing process; instead, I dedicate the necessary time to meticulously select each image for editing. By taking the time to analyze the composition, lighting, and emotional resonance of each image, I make an informed decision about how to enhance its visual impact. I believe that this hands-on method yields the best results, as it allows for a more personalized touch that automated software simply cannot replicate.
Guests can upload photos effortlessly by simply scanning the QR code, removing the need for complicated instructions or app downloads. With a quick scan using their phone camera, they are instantly directed to an upload page where they can select and share their pictures in just a few taps.
This seamless process makes it easy for everyone to contribute, regardless of their technical experience, ensuring that special moments are captured from multiple perspectives without any hassle.
All images are stored in a Google Drive folder which will be setup before your big day and shared with you so you have access to it. The upload function will stop within 48 hours after your wedding. Flyers are also included and will be distributed throughout the reception. This is a FREE service and is included in all packages excluding "I DO".

It’s designed to tell the full story of your wedding, documenting every meaningful moment—from the quiet anticipation in the morning to the joy, laughter, and celebration shared with your loved ones—creating a beautiful, timeless collection you’ll treasure forever.
My Deluxe package offers 10 hours of coverage, capturing your wedding day from the excitement of getting ready through to your first dance and beyond. With extra time to fully document every detail, I’ll tell the complete story of your day—from the morning preparations to the heartfelt moments, celebrations, and candid interactions—creating a rich, timeless collection of memories you’ll treasure forever.
My Prestige package includes 12 hours of coverage, capturing your wedding day from the excitement of getting ready through to the late evening celebrations. With full-day coverage, every moment is beautifully documented—from the anticipation of the morning to the energy of the dancefloor—creating a complete, timeless story of your day to treasure forever.
