My affinity for photography began when I was a young teenager- I always loved finding forms of capturing a moment in time, mainly because I was painfully shy and had trouble expressing myself in spoken word.

Photography was a path I explored out of sheer curiosity but soon became engulfed in this amazing industry. What I love about it the most is how it transcends time. Its an honest look at life. That's why I strive for authenticity in my work.

When I'm not working, I still love to photograph different scenarios. I love traveling, motor sports, music, tattoos, gadgets & an excellent cup of coffee and anything that makes me laugh.

I'm pretty laid back - I have a weird sense of humor - and trying not to take life so seriously; but I also have a strong work ethic (something my parents instilled in me,) and take immense pride in what I do.

I’m based in Somerset, UK, but I travel nationwide to provide my services wherever they’re needed. Whether it’s across the South West or further afield, I’m committed to delivering the same high-quality, reliable service to clients throughout the country. My flexible approach ensures that distance is never a barrier to getting the job done right.

I possess a comprehensive insurance policy that provides extensive coverage, which includes both general liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. This means that I am protected against a wide range of potential claims and legal issues that may arise in the course of my photography assignment

The liability insurance component safeguards me against claims made by third parties for bodily injury, property damage, or personal injury that may occur as a result of my photography assignment. This coverage ensures that I can manage the financial repercussions of such claims without jeopardizing my business's stability.

On the other hand, the employer's liability insurance specifically protects me against claims made by any employees who may suffer work-related injuries or illnesses. This coverage is crucial for addressing legal costs and compensation claims that could arise from workplace incidents, ensuring that I can provide a safe working environment while also being prepared for any unforeseen circumstances.

Overall, having both types of insurance not only helps mitigate financial risks but also enhances my business's credibility and trustworthiness in the eyes of clients, employees, and partners.

Digital Image License

CLIENTS USAGE

Client shall only use the digital files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement

The Client’s digital files are for personal use only OR in accordance with an expressly written licensing agreement negotiated between Client and Photographer.

Digital files shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use without prior consent by Photographer, or reproduced in any way by parties other than the Photographer.

Adam Gardner Photography grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce Digital Images via print or other physical media only for non-commercial use, including but not limited to reprints, enlargements, gifts to family and friends, slide shows, and web pages. Commercial-Use Clients shall only use the digital files in accordance with the expressly written licensing agreement negotiated between Client and Photographer prior to use.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The Buyer may share blog post links and social media albums through use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. All images posted on social media may require a direct link or credit towards Adam Gardner Photography if required by Contract. Buyer shall not copy, screen shot, or capture the photographs in any other fashion. Buyer also shall not significantly crop, edit, or add filters to any photographs.

PROHIBITED USES

The Client may not:

*Resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission from the Photographer

*Use the Media in a obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner

*Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks without express written permission from the Photographer

Neither Adam Gardner Photography nor Adam Gardner Photography's vendors will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or Buyer's use of the Media.

LICENSE

All images are property of Adam Gardner Photography and are copyrighted by law. None of them can be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without Adam Gardner Photography's clear permission to do so. Adam Gardner Photography reserves the right to use all of Client’s images on website, blogs, or any other related marketing material.
