Wedding Photography

If paying for a wedding photography service in one go is a challenge, don't worry! We can work together to create a payment plan that fits your needs.

Payment plans can be set over between 2 to 24 months.

A Deposit of 10% must be paid to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be invoiced on a monthly basis if you have agreed to a payment plan.

Payments can be made via online bank transfer, by credit/debit card or direct debit

All plans need to be cleared at least 30 days prior to your wedding day unless agreed prior

All plans are non refundable upon signing the agreement . If there's a change of the wedding day or details, please message at your earliest ​opportunity to check ​availability of the new date. There is NO cooling off period, so PLEASE make sure you are happy upon booking.

I possess a comprehensive insurance policy that provides extensive coverage, which includes both general liability insurance. This means that I am protected against a wide range of potential claims and legal issues that may arise in the course of my photography assignment The liability insurance component safeguards me against claims made by third parties for bodily injury, property damage, or personal injury that may occur as a result of my photography assignment. This coverage ensures that I can manage the financial repercussions of such claims without jeopardizing my business's stability.

Yes you will, I have a comprehensive system in place which will take all the wedding day details, addresses, times etc. Once you submit the information and digitally sign the agreement, The system will auto generate an invoice based on the package chosen and email it to you for payment.

Most packages cover my travel expenses, and all of them handle the post-editing tasks. After I sift through the images to remove duplicates and any blurry shots.

➢Up to 12 hours of coverage from 10am. 12 hours available with the prestige package only.

➢Sneak peeks within 2 weeks after arriving home. This usually consists of upto 10 photos

➢Originals & edits delivered via Google Drive which will be shared with you. link within 6 weeks in JPG format. If there are any specific images you'd like me to edit that I haven't already, just let me know the file names, and I'll take care of those for you.

➢Travel costs included, ALL UK destinations (I do & Quick snap packages only includes Devon & Somerset) .

➢Any international wedding package does NOT include travel. Any airfares, hotel, insurance etc will be added onto the package and can be added onto the payment plan. I will only invoice you what I have been charged. Proof of purchases will be provided to you.

➢Guest photo uploading (by QR code powered by Google Photos) leaflets are distributed around the reception to allow guests to upload their photos, there is no additional app to download or any sign up process.  This is provided FREE of charge to you on Quick Snap, Love story, Deluxe & the Prestige packages only.

➢Engagement session, available on ALL packages at an extra cost  , Prestige package includes this..

➢Photobook with 30 pages , available on ALL packages at an extra cost of £149, Prestige package includes this.

➢2nd Photographer Available on all packages at an additional fee.

➢8pm-11pm finish time (11pm only with the prestige package).

➢I have full Public liability insurance & employers liability insurance which is available to view on the about  page.

➢I am DBS checked which is available upon request.

Yes, Just 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking

During the busy wedding season it can take upto 6 weeks to process and edit all your images. You will be notifed once the gallery is ready for viewing. If you require a USB drive with the images on, please note that there is a fee of £30 which includes postage.
